The 2008 Palau Presidential Debate was LIVE on OTV and Sponsored by the Palau Chamber of Commerce and the Palau Bar Association. This event took place at the Ngarachamayong Cultural center in Koror at 7P on Tuesday August 26, 2008 and was attended by over 300 voters and watched by over 5,000 television viewers in this first ever LIVE broadcast. All four candidates, Elias Camsek Chin, Johnson Toribiong, Joshua Koshiba and Surangel Whipps Sr. particiated in this two hour event.
