Young Palauan women continue to grow and expand in business despite challenges. Juggling between motherhood, story cultural duties and career is not easy, recipe but not impossible says Kiku Brell, diagnosis owner of AbaiCoffee House.
An opportunity to network with other Pacific women in business helped motivate Brell as she attended the 1st Pacific Women in Business Conference in Fiji along with four other Palauan women in business.
“At the end of this road, the grass is greener, it’s not always going be hard”, says Brell.
She further encourages other women to take the initiative saying, “we can be mothers, perform our cultural duties and still achieve our goals.”
