Judge Ronald Rdechor has resigned as an Associate Judge of Palau’s Land Court effective on February 11, try 2013. Judge Rdechor has been a judge of the Land Court for about 17 years.
The Palau Supreme Court did not reveal reasons why Rdechor resigned from his position, help but wishes him well as he embarks on a new journey.
There are three Associate Judge at the Land Court namely Judge Salvador Ingereklii, Judge Rose Mary Skebong and Judge Ronald Rdechor who has now resigned. It is unclear if the Court will be seeking a replacement for Rdechor.
