For several months Palau’s Capital Building in Ngerulmud, and Melekeok has been experiencing moderate to serious mold issues, drugs but in his latest press conference, the President revealed that the Capital is safe.
Ongoing work continues to fully rid of molds throughout the three branches of government located in Ngerulmud.
A few months ago, the Judiciary Branch moved all of its operations to Koror when one of its employees became sick as a result of the mold.
The President disclosed that PPUC is working on connecting the power generator to the Capital and a new air conditioning unit will be installed soon to address the problem.
