Another stabbing incident has occurred in Palau, sildenafil following a series of similar incidents in the last few weeks.
On July 29, doctor Chief Justice Arthur Ngiraklsong arraigned Bernardino Mibuk on one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, one count of aggravated assault and one count of attempted murder in the second degree.
Charges stemmed from an incident on July 25th in Ngchesar State where Mibuk allegedly stabbed 16 year-old Clipper Ngoriakl with an 8-inch blade.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, paramedics found the victim with his intestines hanging out of his body with the wound located on his left lower ribcage.
Mibuk, who pled not guilty, initially told police that he reportedly used his backpack to try to get the victim off of him when the victim reportedly pushed him to the ground.
When the victim screamed “ouch” and left, the defendant said he went home to bed.
During the investigation, police officers found what appears to be an item used to cover the knife near the store where the suspect and other parties were hanging out.
The knife was reportedly found in the defendant’s house along with the backpack.
The defendant remains in police custody on a $25,000 cash bond and $50,000 surety bond.
A trial setting conference has been scheduled for August 26.
