OTV Launches TV Field Producers Program – Apply Now

Oceania Television Network has launched the Television News Field Producers Training Program.  Made possible by the Support of the Pacific Media Assistance Scheme (PACMAS), abortion ABC International Development and AusAID, order the program aims to equip and train Television field producers across Micronesia.  Field producers will then be able to contribute to regional news stories and programming for OTV to share across Micronesia.  The 6 day training sessions will take place in three locations: Palau, Pohnpei and Majuro.  If travel is required all expenses will be paid.  Trainees will receive a free laptop computer with editing software, camera/sound package, press pass and training manual as part of the program.  After the training Field Producers will be expected to file stories with OTV

OTV will be accepting one candidate from each of the following Micronesia islands for training during the months of November and December 2012.

Chuuk
Pohnpei
Kosrae
Majuro
