Palau Finally Advances Its Internet Connectivity – VIDEO

Palau’s slow Internet speed and connectivity that has disappointed Internet users for
years may come to end with the newly signed agreement between Palau National
Communication Corporation (PNCC) and O3B Networks. The new service contract
reportedly approved at the end of July in partnership with the Federated States of
Micronesia, more about will allow O3B to offer users a faster and more reliable Internet services. The
new service is anticipated to solve years of problem with Palau’s Internet connectivity.
O3B Network will be deploying an advanced satellite, which will deliver the highest
combination of bandwidth, speed, low wait time, coverage and availability. O3B’s
advanced satellite network will reach users, businesses and other organizations in more
than 150 countries worldwide. Sources say the agreement between Palau and O3B may be
a short-term solution to address Palau’s telecommunication issues as Yap and Palau
continue to work towards connecting to a fiber optic cable.
