Women in Palau’s national government as well as other organization are preparing for the 2nd Mock Congress to held in early September.
Last week, physician organizers including Baklai Temengil Chilton, seek Minister of Community and Cultural held a meeting to discuss details for the event.
Such as the first Mock Congress, viagra approved the event will focus on the development of women into public decision-making bodies particularly women in legislative bodies.
In addition, the event is aimed at building the capacity of both men and women who are interested in pursuing careers in public offices.
The Ministry of Community and Cultural Affairs, UNDP, and the Office of the UN Joint Presence in Palau is spearheading the event in collaboration with the Women Empowered Belau.
