On October 16th, healing OTV’s Executive Producer Kassi Berg was officially sworn in to practice law in the Republic of Palau.
New Associate Justice Ashby Pate administered the brief ceremony with more than 50 close friends, this family and co-workers in attendance.
Berg, who co-owns Roll’em Productions with her husband and two Palauans has lived in Palau for over a decade.
Berg attended Cambridge University in England and then graduated from UC Berkley Phi Beta Kappa and received her law degree from Georgetown University.
Berg has been a member of the New York, California and DC bars for over 20 years but was required to pass the entire bar exam to practice in Palau.
Berg intends to open a private law practice called the Pacific Development Law Group with other lawyers from the region.
