Investigation Leading Towards Accidental Death In The Case Of Tyler Henry’s Untimely Death

The investigation into Tyler Henry’s death is leading towards accidental death, reports Bureau of Public Safety Director Ismael Aguon.

However nothing is conclusive at this time until the investigation is complete.
A report from a local newspaper, Island Times, claims that the police are looking at drowning as the most possible cause of death, but Director Aguon asserts the report sensationalized his statement.
In phone call interview with OTV, Director Aguon disclosed that so far nothing substantial reveals suspicion of foul play in Henry’s death as the paper’s report indicates, but a complete investigation with the autopsy report will provide further details.
Aguon further reveals that investigators are looking at different factors such as the weather condition during the time Henry was last seen, visibility as well as his alcohol level.
During the evening that Henry was last seen, Tropical Storm Peipah was forecasted to pass South of Koror. The storm brought heavy rainfalls and strong winds, conditions that investigators are looking into.
Without the full autopsy report, police cannot accurately report that drowning caused his death.
The autopsy was conducted on April 15, 2014, but the report is not yet available.
Henry, a 20-year old local male was reported missing on April 7, 2014.
Through a search operation with the Bureau of Public Safety, Koror State Rangers, and volunteers, Henry was found in his vehicle submerged underwater in the M-dock area where he was last seen.
Although Henry was not found until three days after he was reported missing, Director Aguon expressed satisfaction that authorities were able to locate him and provide answers to his family.
