A local resident is facing serious criminal charges in Palau’s Supreme Court.
Yoshiwo Tadashi, visit web a resident of Ngerkesoaol Hamlet has been charged for allegedly sexually assaulting a Palau High School student.
Tadashi was charged with four counts of Sexual Assault in the First Degree for the sexual attack.
The charges were filed before the Palau Supreme Court on April 16, this 2014 and was signed by the Acting Attorney-General Perry Kendall, Jr.
OTV attempted to obtain additional information about this case but was informed by the Clerk of Courts that this case is underseal.
