PPUC Board Member Resigns; Two Active Members Remain – VIDEO

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Palau Public Utilities Corporation (PPUC) tendered in her resignation on February 22, view 2013 effective immediately.
Jennifer Koskelin-Gibbons tendered in her resignation to President Tommy E. Remengesau Jr. after more than a year serving as a board member of the country’s only energy company.
With Gibbons’ resignation, cialis 40mg two active board members now remains namely Clarence Masayos Chairman of the Board and Director John Sugiyama.
Gibbons thanked President Remengesau for “the opportunities for personal and professional development” and expressed that she is “proud of having been able to incorporate a list of key performance indicators” into the new GM’s contract.
Gibbons however did not elaborate on why she’s resigning from the post, sale but did say that “based on several board meeting it has been become clear to me that I can no longer be an effective member” of the PPUC Board.
With the PPUC Board of Directors compromised of two members, it is not clear whether President Remengesau Jr. will be appointing other candidates to fill in the vacancies.
